Marissa Tuchalski

Marissa Tuchalski (two-hall-ski) is an Events Manager in the Office of University Ceremonies and the Office of University Events and Protocol. In her role, she manages the Hispanic Convocation, provides support with the planning of Graduate and Undergraduate Commencement, and assists with other university events and projects.

Prior to her role at the Office of University Ceremonies, Marissa worked at  ASU Enterprise Brand Strategy and Management, supporting the management and development of the Sun Devil Rewards App. Additionally, she also worked for the College of Health Solutions, in which she coordinated the college’s first-ever socially-distanced, student walk-through graduation experience for over 150 students in Spring 2021.

Marissa was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. She is a double Devil, as she graduated in 2016 with her Bachelor of Science in Tourism Development and Management, with a certificate in Special Events Management and a certificate in Convention Sales and Meeting Planning, and also completed her Master of Community Resources and Development degree in 2019.

When Marissa is not planning events, you will find her spending time with her husband and two dogs, Lola (six-year-old Belgian Malinois) and Lego (eleven-year-old poodle/terrier mix). Her hobbies include watching TV, light reading, and coloring.
