RJ received his Bachelors Degree in Health Care Compliance and Regulations from the Edson College of Nursing and Health Innovation. He then went on to complete a Masters of Legal Studies from the Sandra Day O’Connor School of Law with a dual concentration in Healthcare Compliance and Conflict Resolution. They are also a member of the Edson College Council on Inclusive Engagement, an editor of Grey Matter: the medical poetry journal of the Narrative Medicine program at the University of Arizona College of Medicine, and the Director of Compliance for Revisionary Arts.
RJ has experience in Arizona State Medicaid, formerly working as an Auditor Specialist for Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System Office of Inspector General (AHCCCS OIG).
