25+ years of cost/budget analysis, cost model creation, performance auditing, organizational and program specific risk analysis, and audit staff development as a Senior Internal Auditor and Deputy City Auditor with the City of Phoenix.

BS in Finance from ASU, Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and Certified Quality Auditor (CQA)

Started in UTO at ASU in 2018 creating systems to cost optimize cloud spending. Moved into UTO budget forecasting in 2019. Became Director of the Budget and Finance team in UTO in 2020.
