Allen Frost is a Development Officer for the ASU Herberger Institute for Design and the Arts, where he cultivates relationships with donors to further Herberger’s mission and advance the ASU Charter. He also serves as an Academic Associate with ASU’s Watts College of Public Service and Community Solutions, where he brings his nonprofit expertise into the classroom to help shape the next generation of nonprofit professionals and spark interest in the sector.
He has served in various fundraising, program management, and community engagement roles with Arizona nonprofits supporting youth. Allen previously served as Board President of YNPN Phoenix, where he mentored emerging leaders and advanced efforts to create a more inclusive and collaborative social sector. He holds a Master of Nonprofit Leadership and Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Arizona State University and is a Certified Nonprofit Professional through the Nonprofit Leadership Alliance.
