Bernadette Elliott is an Executive Administrative Support Specialist within the College of Health Solutions at Arizona State University. She provides administrative support to Dr. Julie Liss, Senior Associate Dean of Academic Success; Richard Leach, Executive Director - Food is Medicine Initiative and Professor of Practice; and Dr. Corianne Rogalsky, Assistant Dean of Undergraduate Education. In addition to supporting these executives, Bernadette also provides faculty support and oversees front desk operations within the Speech and Hearing Department.
Prior to joining the College of Health Solutions, Bernadette served as Executive Assistant at The Arizona Republic (AZ Central), supporting the Western Regional President, Vice President of Advertising, and Vice President of Corporate Finance & Business Intelligence.
With over 30 years of experience in various administrative roles—including more than seven years at ASU—Bernadette is a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with a proven track record in calendar management, travel coordination, event planning, and office operations. She excels at streamlining workflows, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring seamless day-to-day support. Her proactive mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and commitment to excellence enable her to anticipate needs, manage shifting priorities, and support leadership in meeting strategic objectives.
