Marques Wong is a Management Intern for Health Partnerships within the Corporate Engagement and Strategic Partnerships team at ASU Knowledge Enterprise. In this role, he supports the Mayo Clinic and Arizona State University Alliance for Health Care and contributes to the broader ASU Health portfolio, working at the intersection of university research, clinical collaboration, and industry engagement.
A central component of Marques’s work involves supporting the Mayo Clinic and ASU Health Care Accelerator, where he helps early-stage health technology companies engage with ASU and Mayo Clinic resources. His responsibilities include coordinating program operations, supporting company selection and due diligence processes, and facilitating connections to faculty expertise, clinical insight, and strategic partners across the Arizona health innovation ecosystem. Through this work, he contributes to advancing translational research and commercialization efforts that bridge academia, health systems, and industry.
Prior to his current role, Marques completed a public health internship with Mayo Clinic, supporting community health and outreach initiatives that strengthened his interest in health systems collaboration and population health.
Marques holds a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences with a minor in Global Health from Arizona State University. He also earned a Master of Global Management from ASU’s Thunderbird School of Global Management, with a concentration in Global Healthcare Delivery.
