Kate is an undergraduate student majoring in Liberal Arts specializing in Asian Studies. She has a passion for the culture that surrounds food and how it brings people together. She grew up in the Pacific Northwest on her family’s farm where she learned about the importance of a close-knit community of small-scale farmers. Kate’s goal is to help build sustainable communities that work towards healthy lifestyles and strengthening cultural roots.
