Taylor Nance is a Student Support Specialist Sr with the Edson College of Nursing and Health Innovation recruitment team at the Downtown Phoenix campus. She joined the Edson College team in 2018 and currently supports prospective undergraduate and graduate students through the application and admission processes. Taylor is passionate about helping students reach their goals.
Prior to joining the ASU, Taylor earned a bachelor’s degree in social work from NAU. After graduating, she completed two terms of national service. Her first term was as a Corps Member with National Civilian Community Corps - FEMA Corps where she helped disaster survivors across the country register for federal assistance. During her second term, she served as a VISTA Leader with the Arizona Refugee Resettlement Program at the Department of Economic Security where she supervised AmeriCorps VISTA members at various organizations across Phoenix. She assisted members in project management, personal and professional development, and resource identification. More recently, Taylor completed a master of public administration at ASU. Her experience and education have given her the necessary tools to support students as they start their journey with ASU.
