Seth Watts is a third-year doctoral student at Arizona State University in the School of Criminology and Criminal Justice and is a graduate research assistant in the Center for Violence Prevention and Community Safety. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Bowling Green State University and his Master of Science degree from Arizona State University. His research interests include policing, program evaluation, neighborhood ecology. He is currently working on the Tempe First-Responder Opioid Recovery Project which outfits Tempe police officers with Narcan and offers social services to overdose survivors. His recent work has been published in the American Journal of Public Health and Journal of Criminal Justice.
