Barbara Guidry is an ESS Specialist with nearly three decades of experience in education, spanning both district and state levels. Her current work focuses on strengthening special education programs through teacher coaching, compliance support, and instructional leadership. Prior to this, Barbara spent 14 years at the Arizona Department of Education in key roles such as Compliance Coordinator and Lead Complaint Investigator, where she helped schools navigate and implement special education regulations effectively. Barbara holds a Master’s in Special Education, a BS in Elementary Education, and certifications in administration, special education, and adult education. Barbara is passionate about supporting educators and improving outcomes for students with exceptional needs.
