Spending over 16 years abroad across seven countries and four continents has given me a global perspective, shaped by diverse people, places, and cultures. Over the past decade, I have dedicated myself to studying child development and comparative theoretical frameworks, including the works of Dewey, Montessori, Thorndike, Bandura, and Vygotsky. My expertise lies in global comparative educational systems, tracing their evolution from inception to modern frameworks. By analyzing successful pedagogical models from countries such as Finland, Japan, China, and others, I have synthesized effective methodologies to address contemporary educational challenges.
My journey began in 2013 as a volunteer teacher, offering free classes to Burmese refugees. Since then, I have served as a personal tutor to some of the most prominent families in China, taught thousands of students, and trained hundreds of foreign educators worldwide. As an academic principal in Chongqing, China, I managed multiple campuses and oversaw the education of countless students. My Blue Owl materials have reached over 100,000 students across China and Southeast Asia, enhancing literacy, academic achievement, and English proficiency on a global scale.
Driven by a commitment to supporting overburdened teachers and vulnerable populations, I aim to expand educational opportunities for out-of-school children. Regardless of socioeconomic status, ethnicity, or nationality, my mission is to ensure every child has access to a world-class education in a nurturing environment. My vision is to equip students with the skills, knowledge, and values needed to become collaborative, innovative, and socially responsible global citizens—empowered to tackle local and global challenges while contributing to a more peaceful, equitable, and sustainable world.
