Alison is passionate about supporting ASU's Charter through strategic and transparent budgetary, financial, and resource planning practices. As a consultant to the Office of Planning and Budget, she provides technical and functional guidance to management to support the development of enterprise-wide policies, processes, and best practices. She previously served as Senior Director, Budget Planning and Operations in OPB, leading the team responsible for ASU's budget production, reporting, and system administration. She started with ASU in 2019 after working for Indiana University-Bloomington's Office of Research Administration for two years.
