Eve Rennie is a SOLS Master's student with a background in nutrition science and research. Eve holds an expertise at the intersection of physiology and health, particularly within lifestyle interventions for chronic disease prevention and management. Her academic journey is marked by a commitment to understanding how dietary and lifestyle choices impact overall well-being through lab research and literature fluency.
Eve's passion for education has manifested into experiences teaching anatomy & physiology, and genetics. Her teaching methods emphasize the practical applications of scientific principles, bridging the gap between theory and real-world health strategies.
In addition to her academic pursuits, Eve is active in the group fitness space and enjoys cooking as a creative outlet; complementing her professional focus but also enhancing her holistic approach to health. Eve’s dedication to both education and wellness fuels her ongoing research and drives her aspiration to make meaningful contributions to the field of nutrition and lifestyle medicine.
