Anaid Gonzalvez is a Program Manager of Research at Arizona State University’s Southwest Interdisciplinary Research Center (SIRC) in the School of Social Work, where she manages several research projects. She is bilingual in Spanish and bicultural. She started at SIRC as a graduate student worker in 2014, and was brought on board as a full-time staff after graduation in 2016. She has a background in prevention and working with Spanish-speaking populations in Arizona and Mexico. She received her bachelor’s in psychology at Arizona State in 2005, and after working for several years in the logistics field, returned to ASU, where she completed her masters of social work in 2016, with a concentration on direct practice with children, youth, and families.
