Francisco Ochoa serves as the Arizona FIRST LEGO League (FLL) Program Delivery Partner (PDP) and supports the administration and delivery of Arizona FIRST LEGO League through Arizona State University's Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering.
A graduate of the Fulton Schools of Engineering with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Management, Francisco previously spent four years as a student employee with ASU's Outreach and Recruitment team, where he supported K–12 STEM outreach initiatives, engineering recruitment, and large-scale educational events.
In his current role, Francisco oversees Arizona FIRST LEGO League program operations, including team support, coach communications, volunteer engagement, tournament coordination, participant outreach, and grant administration. As Arizona's designated Program Delivery Partner, he serves as the primary liaison between FIRST and the statewide FIRST LEGO League community, working with coaches, volunteers, tournament partners, and educators to expand access to high-quality STEM learning experiences.
Francisco is passionate about creating opportunities for students to develop critical thinking, teamwork, and problem-solving skills through hands-on engineering and robotics. He is committed to strengthening Arizona's FIRST LEGO League community and inspiring the next generation of innovators through engaging, inclusive STEM education.
