Praised for her versatility, Georgia native Yophi Adia Bost is an arts advocate, music educator, and sincere performer of varying genres. She has over twenty years of professional performance experience, and a decade of teaching experience under her belt, and began her career by performing in professional musical theatre, gospel and jazz events alongside her family. Yophi has always been passionate about all genres of music, and has studio/recording experience in genres ranging from Jazz-Pop and Experimental noise, to classical choral pieces. In addition to performing, she is also an active songwriter, vocal arranger, and lyricist. She received her BM in Music Education from UNC Greensboro, and her MM in Music Theatre and Opera Performance from Arizona State University, where she taught private voice and group voice courses, and performed with the symphony orchestras, ASU Jazz Ensembles, and in musicals and operas.
As an arts educator, she has both performing and/or teaching experience in genres such as country, gospel, jazz, classic rock, musical theatre, classical voice, opera, heavy metal, and R&B.
