As Program Manager of Special Projects at Entrepreneurship + Innovation, Courtney supports episodic events and nascent initiatives, bringing a tailored and detailed approach to each. Courtney has worked extensively in higher education, primarily at Indiana University (IU), managing specialized grants and curriculum implementation. At the IU Office of International Development, she oversaw a portfolio of federally funded youth leadership and higher education development grants, collaborating with faculty and community entities to deliver civic leadership training. She then worked with the IU School of Medicine, overseeing a specialized team-based healthcare curriculum benefiting over 8000 learners and 350 faculty statewide each year. Beyond her primary work in higher education, Courtney has traveled extensively in Mexico and Southeast Asia supporting two non-profits through strategic planning and institutional growth. She earned her bachelor’s degree in International Studies and Spanish from Indiana University.
