Claire Banta is a Research Program Coordinator for the Tsosie Lab for Indigenous Genomic Data Equity and Justice. She handles a wide variety of tasks, including lab management, grant reporting, and more.
Claire began working with the Tsosie Lab in Fall 2022 as an Undergraduate Research Aide, transitioning into her role as full time staff after graduating. When she's not in the lab, Claire loves spending time with her friends, family, and church community. She also enjoys coffee and tea, swing dancing, and volunteering.
