I am Geeth Nischal Gottimukkala, currently pursuing a Master of Science in Computer Science at Arizona State University, where I maintain a GPA of 3.83. I also hold a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Bhubaneswar.
My professional experience includes my current role as an Energy Analyst at the Laboratory for Energy and Power Solutions (LEAPS) at ASU, where I develop and simulate energy system use cases using various machine learning models. Previously, I worked as an Operations Officer at Indian Oil Corporation Limited, where I managed equipment and maintenance data and implemented machine learning algorithms to predict equipment breakdowns and optimize load planning.
During my internship at TCS Innovation Labs, I developed an "Analyze & Predict" model for Wi-Fi/5G signal handover using LSTM models. Additionally, I have worked on various projects at ASU, including stock price prediction using LSTM, CNN, and GRU models, image database querying algorithms using machine learning and fuzzy logic, and neural network verifiers to improve optimization algorithms.
My technical skills span C/C++, Python, Java, Docker, Kubernetes, MySQL, MongoDB, Data Analytics, Matlab/Simulink, Arduino, and Raspberry Pi. I have published a research paper at an IEEE conference and have been actively involved in leadership roles, such as General Secretary of Science and Technology at IIT Bhubaneswar, and a member of the Robotics and Intelligent Systems Club.
My commitment to excellence is reflected in my top score in the IIT-JEE (Advanced) exam, where I ranked in the top 0.4% among 1.4 million test-takers. My diverse skill set, professional experience, and leadership capabilities make me a valuable asset in the field of computer science and engineering.
