Juan Ghiorzo is a first-year doctoral student in the School of Criminology and Criminal Justice at Arizona State University. He received his B.A. and M.A. in Criminal Justice from the School of Criminal Justice at Rutgers University - Newark. His research interests include racial inequality and its intersection with the criminal justice system, offender rehabilitation with a focus on post-secondary correctional education, criminological and social theory, and both domestic and foreign terrorism.
