Zachary is currently serving as the Stanton Fellow/First Amendment Clinic Lecturer at the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law. He has over a decade of experience as a civil litigator in the areas of employment law, civil rights, and commercial disputes, where he was recognized several times as a Super Lawyers "Rising Star" and Best Lawyers "Ones to Watch."
Zachary has a passion for teaching and working with students, which has only grown during his time teaching several courses in constitutional law, civil procedure, employment and labor law, and criminal procedure over the last several years. His research and writing primarily focuses upon free speech and civil rights issues.
In his free time, Zachary is a budding novelist (or at least trying to be), music junkie, and overall outdoors/hiking fanatic trying to make his way across all of the incredible landscapes that Arizona has to offer.
