Meredith McCullough is a PhD candidate at Arizona State University’s School of Public Affairs and research associate at the Center for Technology, Data, and Society. McCullough studies local economic development, place-based policies, entrepreneurship, and the dynamics of digital transformation. McCullough has held positions in state and federal government and earned her master's degree in public affairs from the University of Texas at Dallas.
