Karyn Ricci is an artist and educator who has been working in Phoenix since 2000. She earned a Master of Fine Arts from the University of Arizona, and is a Professor in Digital Media at the University of Advancing Technology in Tempe, Arizona. She was the recipient of an Ideas That Matter grant from Sappi. This grant enabled her to work with the Arizona Commission on the Arts to produce 52 Reasons a deck of cards that highlights reasons to support the arts in Arizona.
