Kelly Schuster is the Sr. Director of Marketing, Corporate Partnerships at ASU Learning Enterprise, where she leads the go-to-market strategies for workforce education and career upskilling offerings. With over a decade of experience in marketing leadership across sectors, Kelly has a proven track record of driving growth and innovation for Fortune 500 companies and emerging enterprises alike.
Prior to joining ASU, Kelly served as Sr. Director of Partner Marketing at Guild Education during its transformative growth period. She led the expansion of Partner Marketing to provide critical marketing support for Fortune 500 companies such as Target, Disney, JPMC, and Chipotle, helping partners realize substantial ROI on their employee education programs while enhancing economic mobility for working adults.
Earlier in her career, Kelly held several leadership roles, including Director of Field Marketing at DaVita, Inc., where she built and led one of the company’s largest revenue-generating departments, and managed and expanded product marketing at a handful of start-ups. Kelly’s foundation is in market research, spending a number of years as a marketing consultant, where she helped dozens of brands develop new products and refine their market positioning.
Kelly describes herself as a "people-centric data-junkie" with a passion for data and analytics as well as fostering collaboration and human connection. She believes strongly in the importance of increasing access to education for the jobs of tomorrow. Outside of work, you can find Kelly hiking, paddleboarding, practicing yoga, playing the drums, and spending time with her husband, two amazing children, Declan and McKenna, and their dog, Brekkie.
