Long Bio
Yashin Voss is a doctoral student in Philosophy at the School of Historical, Philosophical and Religious Studies at Arizona State University. Their areas of expertise are in the social ontology of identity, social and political philosophy, and metaethics. They have additional competencies in metaphilosophy and the history of philosophy. Their current research focuses on the theoretical and practical applications of political pessimism and value nihilism to issues of identity-based violence.
