As an IT Instructor at Arizona State University’s Polytechnic campus, I bring extensive experience and a deep passion for teaching. I hold a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from ASU, with high academic honors.
Before joining ASU, I have worked for a multitude of IT projects, that included a variety of genres, and IT technician roles. I served in the US Army, where I honed my leadership, security, and operational skills. This background informs my approach to teaching, focusing on practical applications and real-world problem-solving.
My teaching philosophy emphasizes creating an engaging and collaborative learning environment, preparing students for successful IT careers.
My dedication to student success is demonstrated through mentoring students, guiding them through complex IT projects, and enhancing their critical thinking and technical skills.
In my role, I have redesigned curricula to align with industry standards, ensuring that students receive cutting-edge education. My efforts aim to foster interdisciplinary learning, equipping students with a holistic understanding of IT and preparing them for diverse career paths.
