Kayla Cota-Knapp currently serves as Chatbot Business Analyst within Student Success Innovations (SSI) in ASU’s Office of the University Provost. In this role, Kayla works to align units with student needs with 10+ years of experience in customer service, Kayla has worked on numerous projects, including the launch of Kendra for the Experience Center. Kayla holds a degree in Psychology from ASU.

Outside of work, Kayla enjoys hiking with her wife and two dogs in Sedona.
