Tamara Gligoric is a Project Coordinator for the Southwest Advanced Prototyping (SWAP) Hub, one of eight hubs funded through the CHIPS and Science Act to advance semiconductor manufacturing in the United States. Her work centers on workforce development, building sustainable pathways to attract, prepare, and retain talent in the microelectronics industry.
She earned a Master of Business Administration from Arizona State University and brings extensive experience in higher education administration. While at ASU’s Edson College of Nursing and Health Innovation, Tamara managed state and federally funded grants, ensured student compliance for clinical placements, and redesigned and maintained digital platforms serving students and faculty.
She also spent two years at Paradise Valley Community College, where she led the Peer Leader program. She supported first-year students in transitioning to college while promoting student success and engagement.
