Long Bio
Will Cobb is the Associate Director of Student Enrollment, Access, and Impact at Arizona State University’s College of Global Futures. In this role, Will leads efforts to expand student access and increase enrollment, aligning with the college’s commitment to shaping a sustainable, equitable, and thriving future for all. His work directly supports the college’s mission to foster learning, discovery, and build the partnerships and connections that inspire attract and empower future change agents to build a healthy, just, and thriving world.

Prior to joining the College of Global Futures, Will served as Director of the Arizona Meta Network with Access ASU, a Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation-funded initiative focused on improving postsecondary access through a model of continuous improvement. In this capacity, he collaborated with school leaders across the state to increase college enrollment among Arizona students by promoting data-informed strategies and institutional alignment.
Earlier in his career at ASU, Will was the Assistant Director for School Partnerships, where he spearheaded college and career readiness initiatives. He developed and facilitated workshops for students and families, coordinated large-scale FAFSA and college application events, and built strong partnerships with K–12 districts, counselors, and community stakeholders throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area.
Before transitioning to higher education, Will spent two years as a high school administrator and six years as a social studies teacher in the Boston area, experiences that continue to shape his student-centered approach to educational access and equity.
