Kiersten Kelly is the Lead Talent Development Specialist in the Talent Development department under the Office of Human Resources. Kiersten is also a faculty associate under Mary Lou Fulton Teacher's College, teaching a range of Environmental Education courses to help prepare future educators cultivate a love of science.
In this role, she designs and implements leadership training programs across ASU that empower professionals to enhance their skills and achieve their goals. Her background in education provides her with a unique perspective on how adults learn, allowing her to create engaging and effective training materials. Kiersten's journey from the classroom to professional development and training showcases her dedication to continuous learning and her desire to help others grow in their careers.
