Govind Sriram is a Computer Information Systems student at Arizona State University’s W. P. Carey School of Business, where he is pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree with an expected graduation date of May 2026. He is building a strong foundation at the intersection of technology and business, with academic and hands-on experience in data analytics, software development, and web technologies.
Govind’s technical skill set includes Python, Java, SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with tools such as Tableau, WordPress, Figma, Webflow and Azure. He has applied these skills through multiple academic and independent projects, alongside an internship developing relational databases, building Java-based systems, and designing websites optimized for usability and search performance. One example would be an important role in the development of a web project worth over half a million per year. In his current role in website development, he collaborates on designing, deploying, and testing WordPress-based sites while integrating APIs to improve functionality and user experience.
Beyond technical expertise, Govind brings strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills developed through years of customer-facing roles in fast-paced service environments. These experiences strengthened his ability to collaborate effectively, manage competing priorities, and maintain professionalism under pressure. His leadership background includes earning the rank of Eagle Scout, where he organized and led a 21-person volunteer team to complete a large-scale community service project.
Govind is actively seeking a technology-focused internship where he can contribute to team-driven projects, apply analytical thinking, and continue developing as a business and technology professional.
