William is currently pursuing a degree in Accountancy at Arizona State University and is on track to graduate in 2026. With a strong foundation in financial analysis, auditing, and reporting, he is passionate about numbers and strategic decision-making. He aspires to build a career in the financial industry, where he can contribute to corporate financial health and efficiency. William is an active member of Omicron Delta Kappa and the Society of Collegiate Leadership and Achievement.
William has experience working in a variety of industries, including warehousing and retail. His career started in the medical field at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital servicing medical equipment. At SubCom, LLC, an undersea fiber optic telecommunications company, William started as a database administrator before moving into factory acceptance testing. His journey took him into the Information Technology department, starting at the Help Desk before transitioning into administration and support of the document management system.
While working, William pursued his education online at Arizona State University, where he gained expertise in Interdisciplinary Studies and Accounting through coursework and hands-on projects. His studies have provided valuable insights into customer acquisition and data analytics, which he is eager to apply in real-world financial settings. Aspiring to build a career in accounting, financial advisory, or investment analysis, he continues to refine his skills, expand his professional network, and stay informed on industry trends to thrive in the ever-evolving financial landscape.
William has a keen interest in managing his financial portfolio, regularly drawing insights from CNBC and Bloomberg, although he is not a certified financial advisor. Beyond finance, he expresses his passion for music by playing tenor saxophone with the Greater Shore Concert Band and trumpet with the Ocean Grove Summer Band during the summer. In his free time, he also enjoys bowling with friends and family.
