Isabela Kavoura

Hi! I’m Isabela Kavoura, a Business Administration major at ASU W. P. Carey School of Business, expected to graduate in December 2025. I’m passionate about leadership, entrepreneurship, and combining business knowledge with practical problem-solving. I currently work as a Clinical Research Lab Technician at ASU’s College of Health Solutions, where I apply my skills in research protocols, data management, and lab operations. I’ve gained hands on experience in human clinical trials and research ethics, which has strengthened my analytical and organizational skills. Outside the lab, I’ve been involved in leadership roles, including serving as Senior Body President and Treasurer in high school student government. These experiences helped me develop teamwork, communication, and project management skills, which I bring to both academic and professional settings. I’m fluent in Greek and have basic proficiency in Spanish. I enjoy exploring business innovations, health solutions, and projects that combine creativity with practical impact. I’m always excited to connect with peers, professors, and professionals who share interests in business, research, or leadership.
