Melissa serves as the Executive Administrative Support Specialist for the Office of the Senior Vice President and Secretary of the University and the Office of University Ceremonies. In this capacity, she is responsible for the recruitment and management of all faculty, staff, and volunteers participating in University Commencement each fall and spring. When not supporting University Ceremonies, she also supports the Senior Vice President with campus visits from guests of the University President, local and foreign dignitaries, and hosting the Arizona Board of Regents when in Phoenix.
A native of Nogales, Az., Melissa joined the University in 1999.
