Alexis is a recruiter with the Rob Walton School of Conservation Futures at Arizona State University, where she focuses on building strong, accessible pathways for students and early-career professionals to launch meaningful careers in conservation, sustainability, and social impact. With a background in early talent acquisition, internship and fellowship program development, and project management, her work sits at the intersection of people, purpose, and long-term environmental solutions.
Throughout her career, Alexis has partnered closely with universities, hiring teams, and organizational leaders to design and implement programs that don’t just fill roles, but cultivate future leaders. She specializes in creating early-career pipelines, strengthening employer partnerships, and developing experiences that help emerging professionals gain the skills, confidence, and real-world exposure needed to thrive in mission-driven fields.
