Erin Singla is a higher education professional with more than 20 years of experience in financial aid, learning and development, and student support services. In her current role as Director at Arizona State University, she leads and oversees financial aid counselors across all ASU campuses in the Valley, supporting the delivery of compliant, efficient, and student-centered financial aid services for ASU’s 190,000+ students.
She is actively engaged in leadership development at ASU, serving as a SUNlite Coach, where she supports colleagues through strengths-based coaching, and as a member of the charter cohort of the Enterprise Leadership Initiative (ELI), focused on building collaborative and strategic leadership capacity across the university. Erin is also serves as the 2026 Treasurer-elect on AASFAA Board of Directors.
Erin is known for her practical, solutions-oriented approach, her ability to lead with empathy and clarity, and her commitment to building effective, scalable systems that center the student experience. Her career spans both domestic and international roles, bringing a broad and adaptable perspective to her work in higher education.
