Erin Singla is a higher education professional with more than 20 years of experience in financial aid, learning and development, and student support services. In her current role as Associate Director at Arizona State University, she leads a team of financial aid counselors who serve the majority of ASU’s 183,000 students, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and a strong commitment to service.
She is actively engaged in leadership development at ASU, serving as a SUNlite Coach where she supports colleagues through strengths-based coaching, and participating in the charter cohort of the Enterprise Leadership Initiative (ELI), focused on building collaborative and strategic leadership capacity across the university.
Erin is known for her practical problem-solving approach, her ability to lead with empathy and clarity, and her focus on building effective, student-centered systems. Her experience spans both domestic and international roles, bringing a broad perspective to her work in higher education.
