Kirby Skoric is the Event Coordinator for the Herberger Institute’s Office of Student Engagement at Arizona State University. In this role, Kirby leads the planning and coordination of major student-focused events, including HIDA Days, the Herberger Institute Homecoming Block Party, and the Institute’s graduation ceremonies. He also serves as the main point of contact for all matters related to the Herberger Institute Convocation and supervises a team of student workers who help bring these events to life.
Beyond event management, Kirby contributes to the broader scope of higher education administration within the Institute. His work includes managing event and program budgets, supporting operational logistics, and assisting with student services initiatives that enhance the overall student experience. Through cross-functional collaboration with campus partners, Kirby helps ensure programs are strategically aligned, fiscally responsible, and centered on student success.
His work focuses on building community, strengthening institutional operations, supporting student engagement, and creating meaningful, inclusive experiences for all Herberger students.
