I have been working in customer service for Arizona State University since July 2001. It has been an honor to be a voice for ASU and the first contact when customers call our University. I answer calls for Financial Aid, Information and Technology inquiries, Parking and Facilities Management. I look forward to helping other ASU Departments who will need our help in the future. It's an honor to be able to help and be of assistance to our customers. I aim to continue to give exceptional customer service to our customers who call the ASU Help Desk.
I love being a grandmother to my 2 wonderful grandchildren and for fun I love spending time with my family, and going out to dinner with friends. I also enjoy being at home with my cat Jackson, watching old movies or reading. I'm thankful to have a wonderful job here at ASU; working with a great committed team. They are all fun, smart, and work very hard.
