Long Bio
Since graduating with her MSW in 2013, Jennifer has worked in hospice, home care, palliative care, bereavement, oncology, and case management. Her has practiced in multiple states and has experience working in hospice houses and with Medical Aid in Dying. She is passionate about working with seniors, in rural areas, and on dynamic interprofessional teams. She has been an item writer and reviewer for the new Advanced Hospice and Palliative Social Worker certification and is an active member of the Social Work Hospice and Palliative Network. She holds the APHSW certification and is also a certified Advanced Care Planning facilitator.
