Jihoon Hong is an assistant professor of marketing in the W. P. Carey School of Business. He received his PhD in marketing from the Marshall School of Business, the University of Southern California. His research interests include quantitative marketing, innovation and crowdfunding. He received his BS degree in industrial engineering from KAIST (Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology) and MS degree from Seoul National University. Before joining academia, he worked for a leading telecom company and electronics company in South Korea.
