Reihane Boghrati is an assistant professor in the Department of Information Systems. She studies the impact and application of machine learning and natural language processing in business. Her work includes investigating information expressed in user-generated-content and conversations, measuring impact of text in business systems and products, and analyzing biases in such systems.
