Lauren is a Grant & Contract Specialist for the Proposals and Negotiations Team in the Office of Research and Sponsored Projects. She is responsible for drafting and negotiating subawards, subcontracts, and amendments.
Prior to transitioning to research administration, Lauren was a student at Northern Arizona University, where she earned her master's degree in English Literature and published articles in academic journals. Upon graduation, she taught English, speech and debate, and psychology for several years while also coordinating grants for the Flagstaff Shakespeare Festival.
She leverages her background in education and grants management to support research projects between Arizona State University and its other university, nonprofit, and industry partners.
