Sally Rawlings is a Customer Success Specialist with Cobwebs Technologies and has 24 years of Law Enforcement experience. She began her career with Longmont Police Department in the late 90's through a Crime Analysis internship for her undergraduate degree. She then moved to Weld County Sheriff's Office in 2000 where she started a new Crime Analysis unit and developed it for almost 9 years before moving into the private sector as an instructor. She taught crime mapping and analysis for several years for the National Institute of Justice housed at the University of Denver as well as courses for the International Association of Crime Analysts. In 2008 Sally was hired as the lead instructor for Bair Analytics, where she remained for over 5 years and taught at over 100 police agencies throughout the United States, Canada and Brazil. Sally also became an instructor for Police Technical, Crime and Information Analysis (CIA), The Police Foundation, Tiffin University and started her own company, NoCo Analytics. In 2016 Sally joined Broomfield Police Department as their first analyst and developed the CAU for approximately 4 years before moving to Jefferson County in 2020. In 2022 Sally accepted a position as Customer Success Specialist with www.CobWebs.com where she ensures that agencies are using cutting edge technology to fight crime. She continues to teach IACA Essential Skills online in an effort to further the efforts of Crime Analysis Certification. Sally holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Pre-Law / Criminal Justice, a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice, and a Doctorate of Criminal Psychology.
