Currently, Leslie Gant is a senior assistant director for the Organizational Performance Office. Previously the Organization Development Leader and Human Resource Manager for Mary Lou Fulton Teachers College at Arizona State University. She shares over 20 years of experience in Operations and Human Resources supporting and leading teams. Leslie’s time in the Peace Corps provides her with a global and inclusive perspective on the work of equality. She will continue to focus on character development found in Principled Innovations to assist with decision-making that will ultimately improve systemic equity at ASU.
