Long Bio
Tammy Nguyen is a graduate student in the Computational Life Sciences MS program. She is a part of the ACEScholars program at ASU, where students can conduct research projects at the intersection of cancer biology and evolutionary theory. In the program, her group focuses on analyzing low-pass whole genome sequencing (lpWGS) data, alongside matched whole-exome sequencing (WES), to characterize somatic mutation patterns and clonal structure of Barrett's esophagus.
