Andrea Arndorfer is an associate teaching professor in the School of Interdisciplinary Forensics. She is also the director of the B.A., B.S., and M.S. Forensic Psychology programs. Dr. Arndorfer earned her Ph.D. in psychology (with a concentration in psychology and law) from Florida International University. Dr. Arndorfer’s areas of expertise are in legal decision making, criminal interrogation and confessions, eyewitness memory, and the social and cognitive factors influencing lineup identification decisions and post-decision judgments. She hopes that her work will help improve the accuracy of criminal trial verdicts and inform professionals in various legal contexts regarding the most effective methods to employ in their interactions with victims, witnesses, and suspects of crime.
