Long Bio

Katie Blaine is a Faculty Associate of Psychology in the School of Social and Behavioral Sciences.
She previously worked as the Project Coordinator for the cultural adaptation of the Resilient Parenting for Bereaved Families (RPBF) program within the REACH Institute at ASU. Currently, she is a Clinical Research Assistant in the Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) School of Nursing and a Research Assistant in the VCU School of Public Health, contributing to studies focused on family health communication, chronic disease management, substance use, and health policy.

In the Undergraduate BA/BS psychology program, Katie has taught Sensation and Perception, Intro to Psychology, Effective Thinking, and Psychology of Gender.
