As Program Manager for American Indian Studies Ms Richardson is in charge of various projects including: Management of finance, human resources, office supervision, and the AIS web page. Being able to interact daily with faculty and students keeps her energized with the changes that occur semester to semester. Current budget constraints allow Ms Richardson to exercise her talents in rewarding employees with more ingenious ways to recognize their contribution and keep them engaged.
