Mr. Reginald Howard, LCSW, MEd holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Washington State University, a Master’s in Social Work degree from the University of Washington, Seattle and a Master’s in Education degree from Sam Houston State University, TX. Mr. Howard is a retired military social work officer and combat veteran. He is a graduate of the Army Command and General Staff College. He has held numerous positions of responsibility in the areas of social work, mental health policy, substance abuse, family violence and disaster mental health over his 23-year military career. He is a ROTC Distinguished Military Graduate and the holder of the Bronze Star and Legion of Merit medals. Mr. Howard is a skilled senior manager and clinician with a proven track record of managing successful programs in the health care industry. He has presented at multiple conferences and workshops and published in the area of social work leadership in organizations. He was previously on the faculty of the US Army-Fayetteville State University Master of Social Work Program as their Director of Field and instructor for Human Services Management and Field Seminar courses. Mr. Howard’s clinical work involves work with victims of family violence, PTSD, disaster mental health, combat stress and couple’s therapy. Mr. Howard most recently provided clinical services to Marines and their families as a Military Family Life Counselor in Beaufort, South Carolina.
Mr. Howard resides in Bluffton, S.C. near the beautiful island of Hilton Head, S.C.
