Kevin Foley has worked in the sports industry for over 20 years. As the Founder of Position Sports, Inc. (www.PositionSports.com), a sports marketing firm headquartered in Phoenix, Foley has produced hundreds of events around the country, throughout the world and in some of the most famous venues in sports. Position Sports clients include Nike, Major League Baseball, Jordan Brand, Red Bull, T-Mobile, the Basketball Hall of Fame, Little League International, Upper Deck and USA Basketball. As the President of the company for the first 15 years from its inception in 2005, Foley developed hundreds of marketing campaigns featuring the top global athletes and corporate brands. The company currently produces over 100 events annually.
Currently, Foley is a Partner and Chief Revenue Officer in DMG (www.DelanoMediaGroup.com), a parent company that is a collection of event category experts spread across several business units that produce premium branded experiences around the globe. Consisting of Position Sports, Visual Graphx and the DREAM Foundation, the family of brands provides 360-degree support for businesses, including event production, large and small format printing, content creation, and PR + Marketing strategy and implementation.
Before starting Position in 2005, Foley was the Executive Director of Operations at Sports America, Inc. in Rockville, MD where he produced the McDonald's All-American Game for five years in which the event raised over $1.5 million for Ronald McDonald House Charities and included the addition of the Girl's Game at Madison Square Garden in 2002. Those games featured many of the game’s future greats including LeBron James, Carmelo Anthony, Chris Paul and Candace Parker.
Foley graduated from the University of Maryland’s College of Journalism with a focus on communications. Originally from Boston, he is married with three young children.
